The food is here is absolutely divine. The flavours are always on point. I've tried most of the popular/highly rated dishes and myself and my family do an ubereats order atleast once a week even though we have to pay more for delivery as we are located slightly out of the way. What I like the most is that they don't throw bucket loads of oil into the food like other Indian/Pakistani restaurants. I have too many favorite dishes to name but a few are the lamb biriani, lamb chops and bhuna chicken. The keema naan is also legendary! It has the most generous layer of keema that it's almost like a burger made of naan

Came to Giftos from far away. After hearing lots of good things I thought I'd try it. Friendly waiters. I ordered lamb curry and Parathas. At first the taste was ok nothing special if I'm very honest. But it didnt appear fresh. Great waiter service who were very good. However now I have an awful stomach. Regular tummy cramps and been on the toilet all night and morning non stop. Clearly the food is not fresh at all. The curry sauce did not taste fresh. I had eaten nothing all day and that was the only food I had eaten. Hygiene I noticed was extremely poor and the place is not clean. I dont think I'll be returning any time soon my stomach is still bad and I have work later too.

Best Indian food in London - for quality and value for money. Discovered this restaurant 20 years ago and never been disappointed - don't expect a very refined and delicate atmosphere or service but to be honest this is part of the experience 😁 love it

First time at Gifto’s and had the Gifto's Special Family Mixed Grill, Karahi Chicken and Butter Naan. Food was delicious and the mixed grill was huge! Very welcoming and attentive service even though it was a busy Sunday evening.

We had a lovely dinner at Giftos in Southall. As always, Shahzad was very quick and attentive, and ensured our order was prepared as per our liking.

Have eaten at giftos multiple times and the food is very, very tasty with good service also. We had Giftos cater for our 40 person funtion yesterday. Salim helped us organise a menu which everyone loved. The quality of the food and the portions were excellent. The delivery and packaging of the food was very good and on time. The food was clearly labelled and arrived hot. Eveeyone was talking about how good the food was. My only suggestion is to maybe order less portions if you have multiple dishes as mashallah the portions are very generous. We had ordered chaat, veg samosas, chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, chiken jalfrezi, saag ghosht, mattar paneer, pullao rice, butter naan, and tandoori roti. It came with lots of salad, and chilli sauce and a mint sauce. Thank you Salim and all the chefs at Giftos

Always went here on our trip to Southall, however getting expensive and food getting tasteless. About time our trip stops here. Will look to go to other restaurants now.

We have been going to this restaurant for years very good service but yesterday we as family of 5 went there again this food was not Same as be4 at all I think new management rast of food was completely different and over priced especially the mixed grill n chickens very horrible was rubbish and now will not be going any more im a afraid ! I would not even give 0 star to you guys for your poor service, we are pure veg and order veg chilli paneer and few other items but you guys sent us chilli chicken instead and when I phoned you, you guys have the guts to say very rudely that it is paneer as If i am not human and can’t tell the different between the two. Have some guts to accept your mistake.
